Refund Policy

‘The Organized Bag’ bags are meticulously handmade, so slight variations in color, pattern, and size may occur. Due to these natural irregularities, we do not accept returns for such reasons.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your handcrafted ‘The Organized Bag’ for any other reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. The bag must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging. Please ship the item to our address with a tracking code, which you must share with us after shipment, to qualify for a refund. 

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and only the item’s cost will be reimbursed. To initiate a return, use our email form HERE to explain the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions. We value your feedback and would love to hear how we can improve our products or services!
